I live in San Francisco, what is the best way to sell my Stamp Collection?
I collected stamps when I was in a kid in 1970-1974. I have a lot (100-200?) of mint condition blocks of 4 with the plate number attached from this period, these probably include the majority of commemorative stamps issued during this period.
