Someone stamped on my foot (accidentally i hope) and now i can’t really move my toes?
Someone stood on my foot on the top part btw the ankle and toes really hard on the weekend. I ended up with a rather large bruise and lump and i couldn’t move my toes on sunday. Its now Tuesday and i can move my toes more, but not fully and it hurts when i do move them. Funny thing is i can walk fine as long as it is on level ground, it just hurts a bit. But when i walk uphill/downhill etc it hurts a lot more.
I was wondering whether it is broken or just bruised as my toe movement is getting better, and i can still walk on it.
Don’t want to pay to go to the doctor (costs a lot) if it is just badly bruised, but the toe movement thing kinda freaks me out a bit….
If your foot was broken you would not be able to walk at all.
If you can’t move your toes it’s likely that the swelling has caused pressure on the nerves and muscles. Don’t walk on it unless necessary and use a cold compress to take the swelling down.
